About
OUR team

They call me Scott. Because that's my name.

But I assume also out of a deep sense of respect.

Mutated Scott

As I'm sometimes known. Why Mutated? While I do love the X-Men, it's more based on the infamous cousin to evolution. It gave us the building blocks of life, but is more prone to entropy in a developed organism. Seems like a decent metaphor for our individual contributions to society at times. We hope we're a force for positive change, but we're also all navigating our way through the human condition...

... what was I talking about?

Oh right, "Why Mutated Scott?". Let's just say it's because it sounds cool.

Silly ODD Things

My preference for games is to do something silly or outright depressing. The former tends to play well enough and the later luckily tends to vetoed by the people I work with (which is a good thing).

Occasionally what comes out of these compromises are things like a boxing surgery game that's one part the game of operation and one part saying nice things to a boxer to pump them up.

Keep on keepin' on

It's amazing that video games ever get shipped.
It's not just you. It's not just your project. Eventually things will transition from fun exploration to an arduous hardening of a product for release.

I believe in you. You got this.
